A Message from Pastor Brian,

I hope this day finds all of you doing well. I have really enjoyed these beautiful fall days. I do not understand how anyone could look at the colors of our fall trees and not believe there is a God. 

I was in the word this morning and read about Joshua.  The children of Israel just came through a great victory. They had marched around Jericho to a that great victory. Their fame had spread throughout the land.  Kings from other people groups were beginning to fear the Jews. A group of the inhabitants pretended to be ambassadors of peace from lands far away. Israel made a covenant with them not realizing they were tribes who lived very close to them. The Word says, "they did not ask counsel of the LORD". How often do we go through life and not get God's input? I think sometimes we think there is no need to bother God. I guess we think we can take care of things on our own. God seeks to be part of every choice in our life. Seek God in all things, you will not be disappointed.
